- Master Brand Protection
- The Yellow Ribbon master brand (including logo, name, and visual identity) is the exclusive property of Yellow Ribbon CZ.
- No individual, organization, or partner is permitted to use, reproduce, or adapt the master brand in any form without prior written authorization from Yellow Ribbon CZ.
- Any unauthorized use of the master brand is strictly prohibited.
- Sub-Brands
- All Yellow Ribbon sub-brands (whether thematic, program-based, or region-specific) are considered extensions of the master brand and fall under the same protection.
- Sub-brands must not be created, modified, or used independently without explicit approval from Yellow Ribbon CZ.
- Country-Level Usage & Licensing
- The Yellow Ribbon brand may be introduced in different countries only under a licensed agreement with Yellow Ribbon CZ.
- Each country must secure a formal licensing arrangement to operate under the Yellow Ribbon identity, including use of the master brand and any sub-brands.
- Licensed operations must comply fully with the Yellow Ribbon CZ Brand Guidelines to ensure global consistency.
- Financing of Licensed Brands
- All country-level sub-brands must be self-financed under their licensing agreements.
- No use of the Yellow Ribbon name or assets is permitted without an active licensing agreement that includes financing provisions approved by Yellow Ribbon CZ.
